Working with your physician, members of our nursing and rehabilitation services team at The Homemakers develop a plan of care that takes into consideration the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being of each patient and family.

During a visit to your home, our staff will evaluate your needs as they relate to your medical condition, injury or postoperative recovery and develop a personalized plan of care for you. In collaboration with your physician and family members, our skilled team will manage your care from admission to discharge. Whether you need physical, occupational or speech therapy, state-of-the-art IV therapy, wound care or behavioral health services, our team can provide you the care you need, when you need it, right in the comfort of your own home.
