Medical social workers at The Homemakers help clients and their families in understanding the emotional, social and financial issues that often accompany a serious illness. Utilizing their vast knowledge of community resources, our medical social workers will assess the situation and aid patients and family members by making referrals to other community resources and assisting families with long term planning issues.
