How to arrange for services

Years of caring has made us sensitive to the needs of people in our community. It is our goal to be there for you when you need us. All it takes is one simple phone call. If you need our services or you are concerned about a loved one who may need help, please call us at (603) 335-1770 or 1-800-660-1770, or ask your physician to refer you.

How services are paid for

The Homemakers Health Services accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private insurances and private pay. Additional payment sources are available to those persons who meet income eligibility guidelines.

Referrals

When it comes to home health care - you have a choice.

If you are hospitalized and will need any kind of home health care service upon returning home, ask your discharge planning nurse in the hospital or your physician to refer you to The Homemakers Health Services.

Funding Sources

As a certified agency, The Homemakers Health Services receives funds from Medicare and Medicaid. It also receives ADRD (Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias) funds, as well as Title XX and Title IIIB monies to provide homemaker, in-home care provider, adult day care and Alzheimer's respite services to those who meet income eligibility. Other funding sources include private insurance and private pay reimbursements, grants and donations. (top of page)
