The Homemakers has an immediate opening for an experienced Home Health Quality Assurance/Utilization Review Nurse. Must be an RN. Responsibilities include coding, OASIS review and assistnace with intake coordination.

Medical Social Worker
The Homemakers has an immediate opening for a part-time medical social worker. Responsible for making home visits throughout Strafford County to assist clients with social
and emotional factors which may be contributing to their health problems; connecting clients with appropriate community resources;
and working in close collaboration with physicians and other health care personnel in patient evaluation and development of plan of care. Must have MSW degree from a school of
social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

The Homemakers currently has positions open for homemakers.
Homemakers play an important role in providing home support services to elderly and/or disabled persons by assisting with tasks essential to daily living such as light housecleaning, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
Successful candidates will posses good judgment, common sense, compassion, patience, optimism, self-discipline, ability to work under stress, basic knowledge of human behavior and ability to function without constant supervision, Must be 18-years-old, possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license, vehicle liability insurance and have a serviceable automobile available during work hours.
