Volunteer Opportunities
"A bit of fragrance always clings to the hand that gives you roses."
Volunteers are our life blood here at The Homemakers Health Services and come from all walks of life - They are students at UNH...They are employees who donate their extra time to the Agency after work, through the United Way of the Greater Seacoast Day of Caring or through companies like Citizens Bank, Liberty Mutual and Timberland that strongly promote volunteerism...They are ministers, pastors or members of church groups...They are retirees looking to give back to their community. In general, they come in all sizes and age groups and assist The Homemakers Health Services in every facet of its opertions as well as at special events and fundraisers.
If you have a few spare hours each week and want to make a difference in your community, just give us a call. The Homemakers rely heavily on the caring and talented individuals in our community to make our programs possible and we always have room for more volunteers.
