Nurse Nursing

Skilled Nursing

The Homemakers provides comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services to help you regain maximum level of function after an illness or injury.
Homecare

Home Support

Some clients need only light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, laundry or other "housekeeping" tasks. Our staff are eager to provide respite for caregivers while they help around the house.

Adult Daycare/Day Out Program

The Homemakers’ Day Out, an adult medical/social day out program, is the oldest and most diverse program of its kind in Strafford County. Our clients receive the care, stimulating activity and interaction with peers that they need to make each day as fulfilling as possible.

Our History

In 1973, a small, dedicated group of community leaders came together with a singular goal: to ensure that older adults who needed some level of health care could stay in their home instead of being placed in a nursing home.
